I started this blog...

as a way of compiling all my families favorite recipes all together in one place.
My daughter asked me if I would write down a certain something I make so
she has it when she grows up and has a family. I thought that was a good idea,
so I decided to combine all our favorites and make one big book. It will be a
work in progress and a way for me to ORGANIZE all the recipes stashed in
the cupboard. And I've realized, I like taking pictures of food!

Baked Omelet Roll

6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
diced green pepper
diced red pepper
1 c. shredded cheese

Place first four ingredients in blender. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan. Sprinkle with peppers. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 min. or {350 degrees for 30 minutes, on Christmas morning I put this in the oven along with the Bundt Rolls, so they come out of the oven at the same time}. Sprinke with cheese. Roll up omelet in pan.
Place on serving platter. Cut into 1 in. slices. Serves: 6
